properties in survey no.176/27 to an extent of 4.36 cents situated at Pitchaithalaivanpatti Village , Kovilpatti Taluk, Thoothukudi District and issue separate patta in the name of the petitioner on the petitioner application dated 23.03.2023 and 14.11.2023 with a stipulated time in accordance with law.

ORDER

Though the prayer is to issue patta in the name of the petitioner, it is seen that in the compromise decree in O.S.No.160 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Kovilpatti, the property in question has been allotted jointly in the name of the petitioner, Iyyammal and Sonia Gandhi.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the said Iyyammal is his mother and the said Sonia Gandhi is his sister.

3. In view of the above, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to

issue patta in the name of all the three persons mentioned above after due enquiry within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
