PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 24.08.2021 passed in I.A.No.5 of 2021 in I.A.No.4 of 2019 in O.S.No.80 of 2015, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Lalgudi, Trichy District. ORDER
Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. However, he prays for a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit, within a period stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2.In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Since the suit is of the year 2015, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the Subordinate Court, Lalghudi, to expedite the trial and complete the case in O.S.No.80 of 2015, within a period of six [6] months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
