This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 73 days in filing the above Review Application.

2. Heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions and the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) by the petitioner to the Madurai District Legal Services Authority, District Court Buildings, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. On payment of costs, the Registry is directed to number the Review Application and post it "for admission", if the same is otherwise in order. If the costs is not paid within a stipulated time, this C.M.P. stands dismissed without any reference to this Court.
