ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 351(2) and 318(4) of BNS, in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that no case was registered as against the petitioner. However, the petition enquiry was pending and thereafter, the same was transferred to the Kumbakonam Taluk Police Station.
