ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the petitioner's complaint dated 12.04.2021, 13.04.2021 and 15.04.2021 pending before the second respondent and entrust the same to any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police for investigation of the complaint based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2021 within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the counter-parties as against the petitioner, F.I.R has been registered in Crime No.135 of 2021 and the respondent police completed investigation and filed a final https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.16007 of 2021 report. The same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.58 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamudram. The petitioner's complaint has been enquired and closed on 11.10.2021.

3. Therefore, the change of investigation does not arise. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
