The learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 and 2 submits that nothing further survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition as the suit that was filed by the petitioner in O.S.No.14 of 2016, was decreed on 30.01.2019.

2. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in accordance with law without prejudice to the rights of the petitioner.
