This Writ Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to transfer the appeal, dated 21.10.2016 to the second respondent and dispose the appeal, dated 21.10.2016 and 21.12.2017 within the stipulated time and consequently to direct the fourth respondent not to mutate the revenue records in patta No.990 in S.R.1691/2C3, situated at Vengamagoodalor Village, Aravakurichi Taluk, Karur Taluk, Karur District.
