ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.10.01.2022 and the requisition letter submitted by the Additional District Judge, Virudhunagar, in D.No.697 dated 14.03.2022 and this Court made the following order:- As per the order passed by this Court dated 10.01.2021, the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar was directed to dispose of E.P.No.17 of 2020 in A.F.No.139 of 2018, within a period one month, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar requested for extension of time limit. The case was posted on 14.02.2022 and adjourned to 23.03.2022.
