Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.M.KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.I.ROBERT CHANDRA KUMAR, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to extend the time to comply with the condition imposed by this Court, dated 13.07.2022 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.6732 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.541 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3.Considering the reasons assigned by the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for by the petitioner.
