ORDER
This civil revision petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose the suit in O.S.No. 109 of 2019, within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner/plaintiff, he filed a suit in O.S.No.109 of 2019 before the District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram, for a decree directing the defendants 2 and 3 to publish the statement of account of Church funds for the period from 2016-2017, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019 in the notice board of church of St. Antony, Manali and pass appropriate order to maintain the account of the church committee in future. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the said suit was filed in the year 2019 and even after completion of four years, trial is not yet commenced. Hence, he prays for early disposal of the suit. 4.On perusal of 'B' diary extract, it is seen that the case was posted for 2/4
filing of additional written statement.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Padmanabhapuram, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.109 of 2019, on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, without any unnecessary adjournment, after affording sufficient opportunities to the parties concerned, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
