ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent herein to dispose of petitioner's appeal dated 6.1.2016 on the file of the respondent herein within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 2.
By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

It is the case of the petitioner that on 28.08.2001, he was appointed as a Health Educational Officer at Gandhigramam Institute of Rural Health and Family Welfare Trust, Ambathurai, Dindigul. Thereafter, during December 2015, he was promoted as a Teaching Assistant in Diploma in Health Education Department.Subsequently, on 29.05.2008, he was promoted as a Health Educational Instructor. As on date, he is working in the said post. Whileso, a charge memo was issued to him by the Director of Gandhigram Institute of Rural Health and Family Welfare Trust alleging that there was a quarrel between him and one Sankara Pandian. The enquiry committee has issued notice to him to attend the enquiry on 07.10.2015. The petitioner attended the said enquiry and the enquiry officer submitted a report on 08.10.2015. While the situation stood thus, the petitioner sought for certain documents more specifically the enquiry report and some other documents. Enquiry report was only https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
furnished to him, but other documents were not furnished. On 19.10.2015, he gave an explanation to the said charge memo. Whileso, the Directorin-charge of Gandhigramam Institute for Rural Health and Family Welfare Trust passed an order on 04.01.2016. Aggrieved over the said order, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the respondent herein on 06.01.2016. Since no action has been taken by the respondent on his appeal, the petitioner has sent a reminder representation to the respondent herein seeking to pass suitable orders in his appeal. But, so far, no order has been passed, even after a period of four months. Hence, the petitioner has approached this court with the present writ petition.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, this court directs the respondent to hear the appeal filed by the petitioner, dated 06.01.2016 and dispose of the same, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
