ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the second respondent to handover the TATA 407 Maxi Cab Tourist Vehicle bearing Registration No.TN-75-C5510, original RC Book and all other article illegally taken away from the vehicle worth about Rs.1,50,000/-.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that pending writ petition, the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. To that effect, a letter of the petitioner dated 26.01.2018 has been produced before this Court.
