O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai in Crl.M.P.No.1926 of 2024, dated 19.07.2024.

2.Considering the hardship, which is pleaded on behalf of the petitioners, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Sivagangai, is modified as follows:

(i) The petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, daily at 10.30 am for a period of three weeks. (ii) The petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required.

3.In view of the fact that only today the condition is modified, time is extended by two weeks, for executing the sureties. 4.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is allowed. 06.08.2024 NCC : Yes/No Internet:Yes/No Index:Yes/No LR To 1.The Inspector of Police, Karaikudi North Police Station, Sivagangai District.
