For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavits and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, these writ miscellaneous petitions are ordered as prayed for and the description of the second respondent shall stand amended in terms of the prayer made in these writ miscellaneous petitions.

2. Registry is directed to carry out the amendment and issue the order dated 21.04.2026 afresh.
