ORDER

The prayer sought for in the present writ petition is seeking for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 19.11.2020. In the said representation, the petitioner had made a request to the respondents to refrain from initiating any disciplinary proceedings against the mandatory Certified Standing Orders of the Transport Corporation. It is needless to point out that any departmental action initiated against the employee in a transport corporation should be in accordance with the Certified Standing Order... quarrel over this proposition. If that be so, this Court need not specifically to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's request in this regard. 2.With the aforesaid observation, the Writ Petition stands closed.
