Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records relating to the impugned patta (ie., Patta Nos.1682, 1683) issued by the 4th respondent in favour of the respondents 5 to 7 and to cancel the same and consequently to direct the 4th respondent to issue fresh patta in the name of the petitioners in the place of the petitioners' mother namely Susheela, W/o. Palanisamy in respect of property in S.F.Nos. 46/1B and 46/3B situated at Ambalapattu North, Orthanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

O R D E R

The writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent and to direct the fourth respondent 2/5

to issue fresh a patta in the name of the petitioners in the place of the petitioners' mother, in respect of the property in S.F.Nos. 46/1B and 46/3B situated at Ambalapattu North, Orthanadu Taluk, Thanjavur District.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced the order passed by the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, dated 27.08.2024 in o.Mu;/ 2024-0103-21-441497TR, in and by which, the name of the petitioners' mother has been included in patta Nos.1682 and 1683.

3.Considering the fact that the relief claimed has been granted, no further orders is required. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of recording the above. No costs. Consequently the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
