ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, directing the first respondent to instruct the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2017 and consequently to survey the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.540/4B1A, bearing Patta No. 143 to the total extent of 5 cents situated at Narikudi Village, Thiruchuzhi Taluk, Virudhunagar District within time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.1139 of 2018 respondents have surveyed the above mentioned property of the petitioner on 05.09.2020 and therefore, the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

3.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
