When the matter is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner is none other than the father of the third respondent and he is dead. He further submitted that a suit with regard to the subject property is also pending in O.S.No.285 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Pudukottai. 3.When this writ petition is filed to register the document presented by a petitioner and when the petitioner is dead, no direction can be issued in this writ petition.
