No.1 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PRABHAKARAN.R, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition in paragraph No. 6(b) the petitioners shall report before the All Women Police Station, Sivagangai, Sivagangai District, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14467 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are residing in Chennai and it will cause great hardship to the petitioners to report before the All Women Police Station, Sivagangai.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.14467 of 2021, dated 28.09.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before R11-Royala Nagar Police Station, Bharrathi Salai, Andavar Nagar, Ramapuram, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
