Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11836 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021, for producing sureties.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to delay in obtaining the receipt for having paid a sum of Rs.10,000/-, which was ordered by this Court, from the office of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, the petitioners could not execute the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 24.08.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.11836 of 2021.
