ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2019 and to file a final report as stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and it was also taken cognizance in C.C.No.212 of 2021 and it was posted for the appearance of parties on 02.12.2021 . Since the investigation has been completed and final report was filed and taken cognizance by the concerned Court, the relief sought for by this petitioner has become infructuous.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
