Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESH PANDIAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate(CRL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.M.P(MD) No.6646 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4195 of 2021 dated 06.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that due to delay in obtaining the receipt for having paid a sum of Rs.10,000/-, which was ordered by this Court, from the office of Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai, he could not execute the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the petitioners to comply with the order dated 22.03.2021 made in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4195 of 2021.
