the last semester, she was not allowed to write the examination. As a result, the student filed W.P(MD)No.10855 of 2025. The Writ Petition was allowed vide order dated 24.06.2025. Aggrieved by the said order, the college has come on appeal.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition itself. Since the writ petitioner himself has chosen to withdraw the writ petition, the College Management states that as a matter of special grace, they would favourably consider her request so that her future is not affected. 4.Recording the stand of the Management, the writ petition is withdrawn. The order passed by the learned single judge is set aside. This Writ Appeal is allowed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
