Order : These petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MARIAPPAN.G, Advocate for the petitioners in both petitions and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent in both petitions the court made the following order:- These petitions has been filed seeking extension of time granted in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.13649 and 13539 of 2021 dated 16.09.2021, for producing sureties.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the surety certificates submitted by the petitioners are pending for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.8584 of 2021 versification before the Tahsildar, Aruppukottai. Hence, the petitioners could not furnish the sureties in time.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
