Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents states that the respondents are ready to provide electricity service connection to the petitioner on payment of registration fees and fulfilment of other formalities. It is, however, clarified that this would be subject to feasibility. If objections are received from the third parties and they are having substance, the second respondent may not be in a position to provide electricity service connection to the writ petitioner.
3. Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
