(CRIME NO.2 OF 2018) ... 2nd RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to cancel the anticipatory Bail granted to the 1st Respondent in Crl.O.P(MD).No.11138 of 2023, dated 22.06.2023 on the file of this Honble Court in Crime no.2 of 2018 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police and consequently direct the respondent police to arrest the accused and commit him into the custody.

Order : This Criminal Miscellneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KARTHIKEYAN.C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.J.SENTHIL KUMARAIAH, Advocate on behalf of the 1st Respondent and Mr.S.MANIKANDAN, 1/3

Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the 2nd Respondent, the court made the following order:- Eventhough the matter has been filed for cancellation of bail, that was granted to the respondent, now a compromise has been reached between the parties by which the amount of Rs.71,000/- has been paid in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the petitioner herein. The petitioner has also received the demand draft.

2. Learned counsel for the respondent also undertook that he will continue to pay Rs.6,000/- (Rupees Six Thousand only), for a month to the petitioner, directly to the account of this petitioner, within 5th of every month, without fail.

3. This undertaking is placed on record. If any violation of the undertaking is noticed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court for appropriate orders. Nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
