ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 relating to payment of pension, gratuity and other retirement benefits and pass orders in accordance with law. 2.According to the petitioner, he retired from service on 31.05.2015. It is submitted that since no retirement benefits had been given to the petitioner, he has submitted representation dated 19.02.2016 to the respondent which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition

is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
