PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to cancel the wrongly issued Patta in the name of Muthulakshmi, W/o. Muthupandi and issue the same in the name of K.Amutha, W/o. RK.Kumar and RK.Kumar, S/o.Rajangam and the respective UDR may be corrected. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to cancel the pattas issued in the names of Muthulakshmi, W/o. Muthupandi, K.Amutha, W/o. RK.Kumar and RK.Kumar, S/o.Rajangam respectively. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that by considering the petitioner's representations, final orders have been passed on 18.08.2020 and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. In this regard, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.1952/2020/B dated 18.08.2020 before this Court, wherein, it had been stated that the petitioner has to approach the competent civil Court to workout her remedy, in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.1234 of 2018 manner known to law. The aforesaid order dated 18.08.2020, is taken out on file and the same shall form part of this order. 3.By recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
