ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioners dated 19.10.2015.

2.It is submitted that the petitioners have given common representation dated 19.10.2015 to the respondents seeking to fix ratio and for promotion to the post of DEEO which is still https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pending. Hence, the petitioners have come up with the above writ petition.

3.In view of the limited relief sought by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 19.10.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
