in BOTH THE PETITIONS Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the Para 4 condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11553/2023 order dated 27.06.2023.

To Extend the time permitted by this Honourable in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11553/2023 dt 27.06.2023.

Common Order : These Criminal Miscellaneous petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.PON A.SHIVA, Advocate for the petitioners in both the petitions and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions have been filed to modify the condition and extend the time limit to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(Md) No.11553 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023.

2. While passing the above said order, condition was imposed upon the petitioner in Paragraph No.4 to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- each to the individual victims, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and shall produce the receipt before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivagangai.

3. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that he is not in a position to find out the location of the above said victims, on that ground, the modification petition has been filed.

4. The respondent Police is not present before this Court.

5. Considering the grievance that is expressed by the petitioner in finding out the victims, let the petitioner deposit the above said amount (I.e)(Rs.45,000/- + Rs.45,000/- = Rs.90,000/- totally) to the credit of this crime number before the trial Court.

6. Consequently, the time granted to the petitioner to comply the above said condition vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11553 of 2023, dated 27.06.2023 is extended for further period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. sd/- 25/07/2023 / TRUE COPY / /08/2023 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
