ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's revision petition dated 29.02.2016 under Section 153 of the Co.operative Societies Act on merits and in accordance with law. 2.In view of the limited relief sought by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass orders on the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 29.02.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
