This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to inspect the erection of mobile tower carrying by the third respondent at the proposed site in S.No.284/2 situated at Katradithattu, Dharmapuram Village, Agasteeswaram Taluk, Kanyakumari District, based on the representation of the petitioner on 20.09.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, tmhe learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that there is no proposal to erect any mobile tower in the subject property.
