ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.R.SWAMINATHAN J.) The petitioner herein wants to file a third party appeal against the order dated 16.06.2025 made in W.P.(MD)No.16091 of 2025 filed by the first respondent herein. Hence, this miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking leave.

2. Vide order dated 16.06.2025, the learned Judge had only called upon the jurisdictional Thasildar to consider the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.06.2025. No opinion has been expressed on the merits of the matter. In fact, the petitioner's right had been adequately protected by giving a direction that notice should be issued to all the interested parties. However, to make things further clear, we direct the fourth respondent or the authority concerned to issue notice to the petitioner herein. The petitioner is at liberty to offer his objection in response to the notice to be issued by the authority concerned. The authority concerned will dispose of the writ petitioner's representation after taking into account the objections to be offered by the petitioner herein.

3. The Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of accordingly.
