This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking extension of time to

execute sureties granted in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.4059 of 2025, dated 05.03.2025 on the file of this Court .

2.While ordering Crl.OP(MD) No.4059 of 2025, this Court, directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order of this Court was communicated belatedly and therefore, he could not surrender before the Special Court. Hence, he seeks extension of time. 4.The reasons stated by the petitioner and assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are not satisfactory. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
