O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 26.10.2015 and further direct them to restrain the respondents 3 to 23 by not ostracize his family at Dr.J.J. Nagar Colony, Rajadhani Post, Andipatti Taluk, Theni District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner has sent a representation, dated 26.10.2015 to the second respondent by post alleging that the respondents 3 to 23 are ostracizing.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the second respondent, after the General Election is over and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the second respondent by hearing of all the parties including respondents 3 to 23.
