Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Karuvoor Village. He wants permission to conduct the petition mentioned event in his village 2/6

annually. But the said village has not been notified in the district gazette. The petitioner is permitted to submit an application before the third respondent. The third respondent will consider the said request and pass an appropriate order on merits under Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Regulation of Jallikattu Act, 2009 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
