Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court pleased to issue a writ of Certiorified Mandamus to call for the records dated 30.10.2020 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein and to quash the same as illegal and null and void and direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner in the same post with all the attained benefits since 12.08.2012. ORDER:- This Writ Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Francis Xavier, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.P.T. Thiraviam, Government Advocate for the First respondents this Court made the following order:

This miscellaneous petition is filed to restore the writ petition, which was dismissed for non-proseuction on 19.02.2024.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, this petition is allowed. The writ petition is restored to file.
