ORDER
The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the third respondent to dispose of the representation dated 05.08.2015 given by the Trichy Mavatta Municipal and Panchayat Tholilalargal Sangam on behalf of the petitioner.

2.It is submitted that the General Secretary of the Trichy Mavatta Municipal and Panchayat Tholilalargal Sangam has given a representation on 05.08.2015 to the respondents seeking compassionate appointment for the petitioner which is still pending. Hence, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition.
3.In view of the limited relief sought by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the representation dated 05.08.2015 sent by the Trichy Mavatta Municipal and Panchayat Tholilalargal Sangam and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
