..Respondents PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the petitioner complaint in CSR.No.401 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other police station within the jurisdiction of the 1st respondent and expedite the enquiry under the direct supervision of the 1st respondent.

O RDER This petition is filed seeking transfer of the petitioner's complaint in CSR.No.401 of 2022 from the file of the respondent No.2 police to any other police station.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that on account of the harassment by the husband of the petitioner, a complaint was filed before the respondent police in CSR.No.401 of 2022 and no action has been taken subsequently.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the petition filed by the petitioner has been referred to the Social Welfare Officer, who has conducted an enquiry and sent a report to the police that the allegations levelled by the petitioner in the said complaint are incorrect and there is no harassment by the petitioner's husband. Accordingly, the police have closed CSR.No.401 of 2022 on 24.07.2023.

4.Once CSR.No.401 of 2022 has been closed, no further directions can be given in this case. In case, if the petitioner is still aggrieved, she is expected to approach the concerned Court and file a complaint by following the procedures. This Petition is disposed of, accordingly.
