ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of writ of mandamus to the respondents 1 to 4 to remove the trees, which fall on the roof of the petitioner's house and to provide compensation for the damages caused by the trees.

2.Today, when the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the official respondents, on instructions, submits that the trees, which were claimed to be removed by the petitioner from the roof of his house, were already removed. 3.Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
