ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the second respondent to send the petitioner's service record to the third respondent's office by considering his representation dated 05.03.2016 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, he is working as Gardener at Government Children Home for Boys, Villupuram but he is receiving salary from the office of the third respondent. It is further submitted that due to the inaction on the part of the second respondent, his services were not regularised and therefore, he sent representation dated 05.03.2016 to the first respondent which is still pending. Since no order has been passed so far, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. 3.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to consider the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation of the petitioner dated 05.03.2016 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
