ORDER

The petitioner has submitted an application dated 22.05.2023 to the fifth respondent requesting him to survey her land. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the official respondents, submits that the petitioner's application is under consideration and it would be considered on seniority basis.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has submitted her application on 22.05.2023 and it is pending for two months, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 4th respondent to complete the survey process, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners and by following the provisions under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923. If there is any objection, necessary order has to be passed as per the said Act, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
