ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.07.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (C), 20(b)(ii) (B), 25 and 29

(1) NDPS Act, in Cr.No.288 of 2024, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and the other accused were 1/3

in illegal possession of 1.200 Kgs of ganja.

3. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

4.Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that 1.200 Kgs of Ganja has been recovered and the petitioner/A3 has got 7 previous cases, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.
