O RDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.16 of 2023 dated 24.02.2023 on the file of the respondent No.2 police and to file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that as of now 9 witnesses were examined and within short time, the police will complete the investigation and file the final report.

3.Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
