This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.02.2016 and consequently to take legal action against the abovesaid 1.Sivakumar 2.John and 3.Sonai and to give police protection to his life and limb.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The prayer as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted in the light of the Judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in M.Ingaci Vs. The Commissioner and others reported in 2010
