RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to grand an order of extension of three weeks time to comply with the orders made in Crl.OP(MD)No.10824/2023 dt.19/6/2023 for the payment of Rs.10,00,000/- deposit of original title deeds worth Rs.50 Lakh and execution of sureties in the circumstances of the case. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.F.DEEPAK, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10824 of 2023 dated 19.06.2023. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties, since the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund and execute the sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

3. The defacto complainant's counsel makes objection to the effect that already undertaking was given by the petitioner to settle the issue. Inspite of the same, the petitioner seeks extension of time.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only for the purpose of settling the above said issue, he seeks extension of time.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.10824 of 2023, dated 19.06.2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
