ORDER

This writ petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 4 to give appropriate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb and the property in Survey No.546 at Varusanadu Village, Theni District.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.

3. It is seen that the petitioner has sent a representation on 15.04.2016 to the respondents 1 to 4 by post.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint before the fourth respondent Police, after the General Election is over and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into by the fourth respondent by calling the fifth respondent also.
