This writ petition has been filed challenging the order of the impugned notice dated 06.12.2017 passed by the respondent. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent bank had filed a counter and has also produced a document to substantiate that the jewel loan accounts have been closed and also produced the acknowledgment given by the petitioner, acknowledging receipt of the gold ornaments pledged by him. 3.In view of the subsequent events, no further adjudication is required to be made in this writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition

stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
