PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No. 328 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Melur, in accordance with law. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Alagumani For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 and 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to o direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to expeditiously complete the trial in C.C.No. 328 of 2006 on the file of the learned Judicial Melur, in accordance with law.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur to dispose the case pending in C.C.No.382 of 2006 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
