ORDER

The prayer of the writ petition is as follows: This writ petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records on the files of the 2nd respondent pertaining to its notification bearing N.A1.209/2017 dated 10.01.2018 and to quash the same.

2.Heard, Mr.S.C.Herold Singh, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kameswaran, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. Carefully perused the materials available on record.

3.This writ petition came to be filed challenging the tender notification which was called for construction of Auditorium in Sree Dharma Sastha Temple, Pallikulivilai Village, Attoor Town Panchayat. 4.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that pursuant to agitation and law and order problem prevailing in Pallikulai Village, the said tender which was called for, was cancelled. 2/4

5.Therefore, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
